Payment Method
Yesware accepts payment via credit card. To update or enter card information, one needs to visit the Payment Method page on the Yesware app site. After entering the card information, select "save".
Please note that the Payment Methods page is only accessible to the Account Managers of the Yesware account. Unfortunately, Yesware does not accept payment via PayPal.

How To Open A Yesware Account?
To open an account on Yesware, follow these steps:
- Visit the Yesware sign-up page.
- Choose to sign up with either Microsoft or Google.
- After clicking the sign-up button, you'll be asked to agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
- Start a 14-day free trial of Yesware. No credit card is required for this.
- If you're using Gmail, you can install Yesware directly from the website. Click on your inbox type and sign into your email to grant Yesware access.

Yesware Return Policy?
The return policy of Yesware is as follows:
Yesware operates on a subscription-based model. Customers prepay for the service. If a customer decides to cancel their account, they can do so at any time by visiting the Plan and Usage page. There is a "Cancel Renewal" button towards the bottom of the page.
Upon cancellation, the customer will not be billed for any further charges from Yesware. The account’s current features will remain available until the end date of the current subscription.
It's important to note that since the service is prepaid, no refunds are provided for the unused remainder of the term when an account is cancelled. This means that if a customer cancels their subscription before the end of the term, they will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
